Low battery warning
When the batteries are running out, the low battery warning will come on indicating
you should change batteries at the next available opportunity.
WARNING
Always ensure the oven and temperature hub are fully cool before replacing
the batteries.

High (Hi) or Low (Lo) Temperature
The Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub is designed to read cooking temperatures
between -30 °C (-22 °F) and 550 °C (999 °F) and food probe temperatures between
0°C (32°F) and 100°C (212°F).
If the temperatures are outside this range, the relevant display will show either Hi
or Lo.
6. Care and maintenance
Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub: Wipe down with a damp cloth and
dry immediately.
Food probes: Before and after every use, clean with hot, soapy water, taking care not
to submerge the wire in the water and dry immediately. Not dishwasher safe.
Store your Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub inside and for extended periods
without use; remove the battery to prolong battery life and prevent damage.
Never submerge the Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub, food probe
or wiring in water.
