Warranty Information
The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of
purchase. You may purchase an extended warranty from your
supplier or by visiting www.opusradio.eu.
If you experience a problem consult the relevant section of the
user manual and the troubleshooting guide. If you continue to
experience a problem or issue please contact your supplier.
Note: You must retain your receipt/invoice to validate all warranty
claims.

Warranty Exclusions
The standard warranty is limited and has certain exclusions. A
non-exhaustive list of exclusions is shown below:
 Failure to provide proof of purchase.
 The product has been modified or changed in any way.
 The serial number and/or warranty sticker has been removed.
 Damage caused through the use of non-approved accessories.
 The product has been repaired by an unauthorised person.
 The product has failed due to misuse, abuse or abnormal use.
 The product has failed due to water ingress/damage..
 Failure to exercise reasonable care and maintenance.
 Failure to follow or adhere to the operating instructions.
