Check for the blade Knife Stay. Even if the Blade Knife Stay is not bend or

Recommend that you purchase spare Blade and spare Blade Set Bolt in
advance and keep them at your hand.
When the Knife Bolt is worn on its head (1 Fig 23), it can cause serious
accident, for example the Knife is flied away by Centrifugal force. Replace
the Blade Bolt immediately when the dent disappeared. Also, Replace(or
reverse) the Knife when it is worn up to 30% (2,Fig 23).
Lubrication:
Do not forget to paint grease around the parts (Fig. 24), especially when working in a sandy place.
Clean the grease nipples and lubricate the machine properly (use a grease pump). Only use NLGI
N°2 molybdenum bisulphide grease. Lubricate the tippers. Use only grease NLGI n°0.
