Wires gap :
Parking Brake wire :
• If the machine can move when operator release hand from travel
lever, adjust the parking brake wire(1, figure 12) as follows : unscrew
locking nut 2 and screw nut 3 to increase tension. Lock again the
lever and try to move the machine. If the machine is braked enough,
screw the locking nut. If the machine move, screw the nut 3 again. If
the adjustment is not efficient, contact your dealer in order to check
and replace brake pads if it is necessary.
• Check the driving clutch wire as well, when parking brake wire is
serviced.
Driving clutch wire :
• If the machine does not move or if the transmission belt slips when
transmission lever is pressed, adjust the driving clutch wire(4, figure
12) as follow : unscrew the locking nut 2 and after screw up the
ajdust nut(3, figure 12) against the lock nut. Try to move the machine
again. Perform the adjustment again if needed.
• If the machine move when travel lever is released, adjust the driving clutch wire as follow :
unscrew the locking nut 2 and after screw up the ajdust nut 3 against the lock nut. Try to stop the
machine again. Perform the adjustment again if needed.
• Check the parking brake wire as well, when driving clutch wire is serviced.
Blade wire :
• If the blade does not move when transmission lever is pressed,
adjust the tension wire as follow : unscrew the locking nut 2 and
after screw up the ajdust nut 3 against the lock nut. Try the
machine again. Perform the adjustment again if needed.
• If the blade does not stop when the blade lever is released, adjust
the tension wire(1, figure 13) as follow : unscrew the locking nut 2
and after screw up the ajdust nut 3 against the lock nut. Try the
machine again. Perform the adjustment again if needed.
Differential locking wire :
• If the locking does not engage when the lever is pressed, adjust
the tension wire as follow :
• To increase the tension wire : unscrew the locking
screw (A figure 14) and after screw the nut B
against the lock nut A. Try the machine again.
Perform the adjustment again if needed.
• To loosen the tension wire : unscrew the locking
screw (B figure 14) and after screw the nut A
against the lock nut B. Try the machine again.
Perform the adjustment again if needed.
Tightening of bolts :
• Check that the bolts, nut are properly tightened.
The vibrations tend to loosen the bolts.
