The Watch
1. Remove the battery compartment door.
2. Replace the old battery with a new one.

3. Replace the battery compartment door.
The Chestbelt
1. Open the transmitter battery lid with a coin by turning
counterclockwise.
2. Insert one CR2032, 3V lithium battery with the words on the
battery facing you.
NOTE Take care not to touch the two contacts, otherwise the
battery can discharge.
3. Replace lid.
