Drive Sprocket
93 Mechanical Timber Harvesting Handbook
Drive Sprocket Types
Drive sprockets transfer power from your machine to your saw
chain to drive it around your guide bar. Drive sprockets are the
third member of your saw chain-based cutting system. They
will wear as a team and should be inspected and maintained as
a team.
