Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems operating the product, please check the following
points for rectification. If the problems persist, please power OFF the product,
and contact the OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product yourself. Doing
so will void the warranty and OSIM will not be responsible for any
subsequent consequences.
• Ensure that the you press and hold the
power button [ ] for 3 seconds.
• The battery level is low. Recharge the
battery before attempting to use the
product.
• The overcurrent protection device may
have been activated. Turn OFF the
product and allow it to cool down for at
least 30 minutes before using it again.
Problem Possible causes / actions
• The product will not
start.
• The massage stops
midway.
• The auto timer of 15 minutes may have
lapsed.
• The battery level is low. Recharge the
battery before attempting to use the
product.
• The overcurrent protection device may
have been activated. Turn OFF the product
and allow it to cool down for at least 30
minutes before using it again.
