Remove all cast iron cooking components, flame tamer, drip tray, and any internal packaging
from the barbecue body.
Attach the side shelves (C1) to the front/rear left legs (C2,C3) and front/rear right legs
(C4,C5) using the M6x25 bolts (D5).
