8.1.1 Cleaningcycles/whentoclean
ThePacojet Junior hastwocleaningcycleswhichmustbecarriedoutincertainsituaons.
• Rinsingcycle:Inthiscycle,thegreenrinsinginsert(13)andpacozingblade(8)areused
to remove general food residue.
• Cleaningcycle:Inthiscycle,thesystemissubjectedtoafull,hygienicclean.Thecleaning
cycleismadeupofthreesteps:
1. Rinsingcycle:Warmwater,thegreenrinsinginsert(13),andthepacozingblade(9)
areusedtoremovegeneralfoodresiduefromthepacozingsha,bladeholder(2),
andinsert(3).
2. Cleaningcycle:Warmwater,thebluesealingring(14),thebluecleaninginsert(15),
and a non-foaming disinfectant are used to remove germs.
3. Rinsingcycle:Warmwater,thegreenrinsinginsert(13),andthepacozingblade(9)
areusedtoremoveanyleoverdisinfectant.
Toachievethebestpossiblecleaningresults,thestepsshouldalwaysbeperformedaccording
tothisdescripon.
Thefollowingcleaningprocessesaremandatoryinordertomakesurethedeviceremains
funconalandguaranteethenecessarystandardofhygiene:
