      Ronald TuckerAug 3, 2025
If your Palfinger Lifting System liftgate is completely dead, with no clicking or movement, there are several things you can check: * First, check the cab shut-off switch. * Next, inspect the circuit breaker at the main batteries. * Ensure the vehicle batteries are charged. * Examine the fuse in the power pack. * Verify the ground connection to the power pack is secure. * Check the oil level in the power pack reservoir. * Finally, look for any mechanical or electrical damage, such as damaged cables.

      Vicki FosterAug 15, 2025
If the platform of your Palfinger Lifting Systems tilts down before it reaches the ground, it could be due to the tilt angle of the B-13 sensor being incorrectly adjusted. Try adjusting the B-13 lift arm switch.

How to fix L.E.D.s that continue to stay on after switch is turned off in Palfinger Lifting Systems?
    • A
      Andrew MarshAug 22, 2025
If the L.E.D.s continue to stay on after the switch is turned off on your Palfinger Lifting Systems, ensure the platform is closed and stored vertically. Also, adjust the B-16 switch. If the issue persists, unplug J-3(w/l and f/c), J-41(B-13, B16) and J-31(Hand control), jump J-11 #4 to J-41 #GN. If the issue still persists, unplug J-1 (Main power), wait 10 seconds and plug J-1 back to the board. If the issue still persists, plug each connector back, one at a time, and check the functions of the gate after plugging in each.

What to do if the platform does not tilt properly after reaching the ground on Palfinger MiniFix?
    • C
      Christine SalazarAug 27, 2025
If the platform on your Palfinger Lifting Systems does not tilt or tilts unsteadily after reaching the ground, it could be due to several reasons: 1. The flow valve R5 or shuttle valve may be jammed or defective; in this case, adjust or replace them. 2. The tilt angle switch B13 may be adjusted incorrectly or defective; in this case, check the sensor and its tilt angle. 3. The PC-Board may be defective; in this case, replace it. 4. The solenoid valve S3 on the tilting cylinder may be soiled or defective; in this case, clean or replace it.
