  If the L.E.D.s continue to stay on after the switch is turned off on your Palfinger Lifting Systems, ensure the platform is closed and stored vertically. Also, adjust the B-16 switch. If the issue persists, unplug J-3(w/l and f/c), J-41(B-13, B16) and J-31(Hand control), jump J-11 #4 to J-41 #GN. If the issue still persists, unplug J-1 (Main power), wait 10 seconds and plug J-1 back to the board. If the issue still persists, plug each connector back, one at a time, and check the functions of the gate after plugging in each.

The flow valve R5 or shuttle valve may be jammed or defective; in this case, adjust or replace them. 2. The tilt angle switch B13 may be adjusted incorrectly or defective; in this case, check the sensor and its tilt angle. 3. The PC-Board may be defective; in this case, replace it. 4. The solenoid valve S3 on the tilting cylinder may be soiled or defective; in this case, clean or replace it.
