Press the Calendar application button.

Open the Preferences dialog box:
a. O
pen the menus .
b. Select Options, and then
select Preferences.
3 Select the timeframes that appear in Day View and Week View:
a. Tap the arrows next to the Start Time box to set the time that your daily
schedule typically begins.
b. Tap the arrows next to the End Time box to set the time that your daily
schedule typically ends.

You can view and
schedule events in time
slots that are before or
after the start or end time.
You just need to scroll to
those time slots.
