Set the alarm:
a. Open the menus
.
b. Select Options, and then select Alarm.
c. Tap the Date box, and then tap the year, month, and date you want the alarm
to sound.
d. Tap the time you want the alarm to sound.
e. Select OK.

You can also open the Set
Alarm dialog box by
selecting a note and
tapping the right edge of
the screen next to the
note title.
