CHAPTER 18 Sending and Receiving E-mail Messages
By default, your handheld is set to back up mail databases.

1 Open the System Preferences screen:
a. In the Inbox or on another folder screen, open the menus
.
b. Select Options, and then select Preferences.
c. Select the System tab.
2 Select the Backup ALL Databases
check box, and then select OK.
Done
Tip
In most cases your e-mail
is on your server, so you
do not need to back up
your e-mail database
from your handheld.
Tip
Deselect the Backup ALL
Databases check box to
make synchronizing
go
faster.
