System example 4 (connection with
commercially available controller, RS-232C
daisy-chain connection)
*: You can connect up to seven cameras to a single controller.
Select RS232C via either the WEB user interface or OSD menu of UE20. Then, you can connect to a
controller via RS232C.
WEB User Interface
Select Setup > Image/Audio > System > Connector Select > RS232C. Click Set to enable the
configuration.
1. Select Setup > Image/Audio > System.
2. You can scroll down and select Standard for Serial Communication Protocol.
3. In the drop-down list of Connector Select, choose RS232C.
4. Click Set to enable the configuration.
