4-3 How to operate (with timer operation)
* Set the clock and other operation details (refer to page 7 for operation setting details) before setting the timer.
Setting timer operation
Timer operation can be used to start and stop the indoor unit automatically.

Setting the current time
Example: setting the time to 10:36 a.m.
Press A to activate the setting time.
(Example)
Press B to set the desired time.
To set a later time, press the ▲ button.
To set an earlier time, press the ▼ button.
The setting changes more rapidly if the buttons
are pressed continuously.
Press A once more to complete the settings.

To set the OFF timer
Press C to activate the OFF time setting.
The current time will flash and OFF will appear in
the display.
(Example)
• The display will switch from OFF to ON to current time
accordingly by pressing the SELECT button.
Press B to set the timer.
To set a later time, press the ▲ button.
To set an earlier time, press the ▼ button.
Setting is possible within the range of 0:00 to
23:50, in interval of 10 minutes.
The setting changes more rapidly if the buttons
are pressed continuously.
Press D to complete the settings.

NOTES
• If both ON and OFF timers are set, the time nearer to the
current time will be activated first.
• To cancel the timer setting, press the CANCEL button.
• If the main power is switched off for an hour, the time and
timer will need to be set again.
• If the setting procedures are not completed within 1
minute, the setting will be cleared automatically.
To set the ON timer
Press C until ON display and the time
flashes.
Repeat step 2 and 3 of procedures “To set the
OFF timer” to complete the ON time settings.
