7. PROPER USE
Avoid direct sunlight while cooling
Close the windows’ curtains or blinds.
Do not block the airflow
Do not place anything near to the inlet
and outlet vents.
Blocking the airflow will reduce the
unit’s efficiency.
Do not cool or heat excessively
This will save energy and electricity.
8. TROUBLESHOOTING
• If abnormal operations (burning smell etc.) occur, stop the
air conditioner and disconnect the power supply.
Continuous operation may damage the unit or cause electric
shock or fire.
Please engage an authorized dealer.
• Do not try to repair the air conditioner by yourself.
Improper repairs may cause electric shock or fire. Please

Problem
Unit does not operate after turning
on the power.
Cause
• Is there a power outage?
• Is the circuit breaker on?
• Are the wireless remote control’s
batteries weak?
Do not use other heating equipments in the same room
while operating the unit
Using heating equipment will reduce the unit’s cooling
efficiency.
Do not leave the doors or windows open for a long period
of time.
The airflow will reduce the unit’s efficiency.
Cleaning the air filter
Use a vacuum cleaner or water to clean
the air filter.
Clogged air filter will reduce the unit’s efficiency.
Solution
Turn off the operation button once, then
turn it on again.
If the circuit breaker is off, turn it on.
If the batteries are weak, replace with
new batteries.
