4. For the machine to perform the email address completion the Fax Parameter No. 160
(DEFAULT DOMAIN) must be set to "Valid" and the Default Domain must be preprogrammed
in the User (Internet) Parameters. (See page 148)
5. You can send the same document(s) to multiple stations by repeating Steps 5a, 5b or 5c, and
then pressing

6. The "QUICK MEMORY TRANSMISSION" feature is disabled if multiple stations are set.
7. Direct Transmission is not available for LAN communication.

Your machine can temporarily change the File
Type and File Name by using
(XMT File Type and Name).
You can select TIFF or PDF File Type and then
change the File Name. When sending to:
Internet Fax : select "TIFF".
PC : select "TIFF" or "PDF".
