Job Control (Output Queue)
The Job Control menu of the printer control panel contains four buttons with the following functions.
On Line
button
Off Line
button
Cancel Print
button
Output Queue
button
: Checks the current print jobs.
: Stops the current print job and deletes the job from the output queue.
: Turns the printer off-line.
: Turns the printer on-line.
This section describes how to use the
Output Queue
button to perform operations on the print jobs in the
output queue.
Select the
Output Queue
button.
Print display appears on the printer control
panel.
Select the
Job Control
button.
Press the Print key if set in other function mode.

Displays a list of all pending output jobs that are
usually processed on a rst come rst served
basis.
Select the
Print
tab.
Enter the password (4-digit), and then
select the
OK
button.
