When in Still Picture Recording Mode
Press the Recording button.
≥ is displayed where the focus is set.
≥ (Red) appears on the screen.
≥ Still pictures cannot be recorded while recording the motion
picture.
≥ The screen aspect ratio changes depending on the number of
recording pixels that is set.
≥ The focus prioritises closer subjects. If is not displayed at the
desired position, reset the focus by getting closer to the subject or
moving the unit, etc.
≥ Using a tripod is recommended when recording still pictures in dark
places because the shutter speed becomes slow.
≥ The screen will turn black for an instant when pressing the Recording
button.
