remote operation ON.

Remote Operation from a
Touch Tone Phone
To end the remote operation,
hang up.
If your remote code is not stored,
you cannot turn on the
answering system remotely.
Turning ON the Answering
System Remotely
Call your unit from a touch tone
phone and wait for 20 rings.
Enter the remote code within 10
seconds of hearing the long
beep.
The unit answers and the
greeting message is played.
A synthesized voice menu will
guide you on how to operate the
answering system.
Follow the menu or enter the
direct remote commands.
Recording Quality
It is possible to select either HIGH
quality or NORMAL quality recording
of incoming messages. Available
recording time will vary as follows:
Quality Recording Time
NORMAL: Approx. 15 minutes
HIGH : Approx. 8 minutes

You can operate the answering
system from any touch tone phone.
Firstly you must store your
remote code using the handset
near the base unit.
The 3-digit remote code prevents
unauthorised use of your answering
system for listening to recorded
messages.
