1. Cancel P (A).
2. Register P (B) as a portable no. 1.
3. Register P (A) as a portable no. 2.
4. Copy the phonebook data from P (A) to BS (A)
then copy the phonebook data from BS (A) to P (B).
5. Cancel P 2 (P (A)).
