. Remove one screw © which holds the ground
wire of the AC cord (Green Wire) to the switching
power supply frame.
. Remove 2 screws @ from the power supply
frame. -
. Remove 4 screws © from the power supply.
. Replacement is done in the reverse order.
2.5 Flopply Disk Drive
Caution:
When removing the floppy disk drive, make sure that
the floppy disk is not loaded.

Remove the rear cover (2.1) and the mechanism
unit (2.2):
. Unplug the FDD signal (grey/flat) cable from the
FDD unit, and unsolder the power switch lead
(Red) from the power supply.
. Remove the power supply with the frame (2.4).
. Carefully turn the unit face down, and remove 4
screws © from the FDD frame and the Video
frame (2 screws each).
. Remove 2 screws @) from the bottom of the front
cover.
. Carefully remove. the front cover from the base.
. Remove 2 screws © from the front cover and lift
off the FDD unit with the frame.
. Remove 3 securing screws © with washer from.
the right side frame to release the FDD unit.
. Replacement is done in the reverse order.
