Fresh Vegetable Fries
Weight: 0.1 kg / 0.2 kg / 0.3 kg / 0.4 kg
For preparing fresh vegetable fries such as sweet potato,
white potato, carrots, parsnips and courgettes.
Note: For best results, cook in a single layer.
Instructions
Peel and cut the vegetables into baton shapes. Toss in a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Press Healthy Menu, press Up/Down to select the Auto Menu programme 15, press
Start/Set, press Up/Down to select weight, and press Start/Set. The oven will start
preheating. Once preheating is finished, place the vegetables on the flat heatproof-
microwavable dish, place them on the High wire rack, and press Start/Set. The oven
will beep during cooking to prompt you to stir the food. Press Start/Set to continue
cooking once the food has been stirred.
Programme 16
Frozen Breaded Products
Weight: 0.1 kg / 0.2 kg / 0.3 kg / 0.4 kg
For preparing frozen breaded products such as
frozen popcorn chicken, frozen chicken nuggets,
frozen turkey drummers, frozen sh ngers, frozen scampi.
Instructions
Press Healthy Menu, press Up/Down to select the Auto Menu programme 16, press
Start/Set, press Up/Down to select weight, and press Start/Set. The oven will start
preheating. Once preheating is finished, remove all packaging and place the frozen
breaded products on the High wire rack, and press Start/Set. The oven will beep
during cooking to prompt you to turn the food. Press Start/Set to continue cooking
once the food has been turned.

Frozen Potato Fries
Weight: 0.1 kg / 0.2 kg / 0.3 kg
For cooking pre-purchased frozen potato products
that are suitable for grilling, e.g. french fries, home fries.
Note: For best results, cook in a single layer.
Instructions
Press Healthy Menu, press Up/Down to select the Auto Menu programme 17, press
Start/Set, press Up/Down to select weight, and press Start/Set. The oven will start
preheating. Once preheating is finished, place the aluminium foil on the High wire
rack and place the frozen potato fries on it, and press Start/Set. The oven will beep
during cooking to prompt you to stir the food. Press Start/Set to continue cooking
once the food has been stirred.
