Cookies
Number of pieces: 20 pieces
Ingredients:
Butter 60 g
Brown sugar 2 ½ tbsp.
Sugar 2 ½ tbsp.
All purpose flour ⅓ cup
Vanilla extract ¼ tsp.
Baking soda ¼ tsp.
A pinch of salt
Egg ½
Instructions
Beat the butter together with both kinds of sugar in a mixing bowl until creamy.
Add an egg into the mixture and beat until smooth. Then add vanilla extract and mix it
in. Add flour, salt and baking soda to the mixture at a time. Stir until smooth. Place an
aluminium foil on your own baking tray (metal cookware may be used). Put the Low
wire rack in the oven and press Cake/Cookies, press Up/Down to select the Auto
Menu programme 20, press Start/Set to preheat. Using ½ of the mixture, arrange
spoonfuls of the dough (approx. 12 g each) on an aluminium foil, leaving enough
space in between. After preheating, put the baking tray on the Low wire rack in the
oven and press Start/Set. After cooking, leave cookies on the foil until they get cool,
then remove. Otherwise they stick to the foil.
Note: You can bake 10 cookies at a time. Repeat the steps above and bake the
remaining mixture.
