If the baked color of your bread is too light when using your Panasonic Bread Maker, several factors could be the cause. Ensure you're using the correct amount of sugar; if insufficient, add the correct amount. Verify that you've selected the proper baking color setting. Check if the inner lid is dirty and darkened, and if so, clean it. Also, ensure you're using the correct amount of ingredients, as an insufficient bread height can lead to a lighter color. Finally, if the bread rising is insufficient due to a high temperature (30°C or higher), use water at a temperature of 5°C or lower.
