Switchable Graphics
• Select which one of the two graphics processing units (GPUs) is used.
• When [Switchable] is selected (default value), [Power Saving Video] is automatically enabled
when the computer starts up.
• When [Power Saving Video] is enabled, the Intel
®
GPU, which consumes less power, is always
used. The graphics display performance will be reduced. ( page 110)
• Select [Performance Video] to use the discrete GPU, which maintains a higher graphics display
performance. This GPU consumes more power.
• When [Switchable] is selected, you can change the GPU that is used after starting up the
computer. ( page 3)
