If the version is older, upgrade it. * If using a cellular phone, ensure it supports 320´240 or 640´480 resolution, and that the image data size is not too large. If it is, the available/total size indication will show “********KB/ ********KB”. * If “--------KB/--------KB” is displayed on “Remaining capacity”, format the SD memory card. * If a recognition error is received when using “Diag.” of “E-mail notification” or “Panasonic alarm protocol notification”, format the SD memory card. * The SD memory card may be at the end of its product life due to frequent overwriting. Consider replacing it.

Log into the “My Account” page of “Viewnetcam.com” website (http://www.viewnetcam.com/) to check the information of the registered camera. If the global address is not displayed for the IP address, access the camera, and register the user information for the “Viewnetcam.com” service on the [DDNS] tab on the “Network” page of the setup menu. Also, check the “Status” of “Viewnetcam.com” (on the [Status] tab) and the system log (on the [System log] tab) of the “Maintenance” page of the setup menu.
