Instruction for Maintenance.
....
Engine maintenance is performed either after reaching
of
operating hour interval
(periodic checks) or according to the time limit.
6.1
Daily
Check
It
is performed before every flight day. however, after each 10 flight hours maximum.
Ignition "OFF"
Examine:
screw. nut and bolt tightening and locking
- cock pull rod and choke pull rod connection and locking and their free operation
in whole range
ignition cables fastening and connection
to
the spars
- leakproofuess and locking
of
fuel and oil hose connections
- oil penetration from connections on engine
- engine to airframe attachment, silentblock condition
- exhaust pipe and silencer for cracks, burns out and corrosion
- oil
in tank condition, refill to maximum
Drain and clean the fuel cleaner.
Perform engine test
in
the range according to 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 points
..
6.2 Periodic
check
Inspection must be performed in the following interval.at the latest.
1.
after first 25 +2 operational hours
2.
after each 50 + 5 operational hours

3.
after each 100 + 10 operational hours or

4. overhaul after 1200 +200perational hours or

years
