What to do if stick electrode is sticking to the work piece with Paton MINI Welding System?
    • J
      Joshua GarciaSep 12, 2025
If the stick electrode is sticking to the workpiece when using the Paton Welding System, the arc current value might be too low. Try setting the arc current to a higher value.

Why does sporadic arc extinction occur during welding with Paton MINI Welding System?
    • J
      jprattSep 13, 2025
If you experience sporadic arc extinction during welding with the Paton Welding System, the arc burning voltage might be too high for the machine. If possible, use other electrodes or another welding machine designed for higher voltage.

How to troubleshoot no arc current on Paton Welding System if the status indicator is off?
    • J
      Julie CruzSep 15, 2025
If the Paton Welding System shows no arc current, the mains switch is on, but the status indicator is not lit, first check the mains cable for any breaks. If the supply mains voltage is lower than 155 V or exceeds the permissible value, disconnect the machine and connect it to a mains with proper supply voltage. If none of these, the internal source supply unit may have failed, and you should contact a service facility.
