USING THE TETHER IN REAR
FACING MODE
Peg Perego always recommends using
the rear facing tether if the vehicle has the
proper anchor point. The tether can prevent
excessive rotation in rear facing mode in
both frontal and rear end crashes. Install the
rear facing tether as follows.
1. Remove the tether hook and the tether
strap. From the rear pouch (page 25).
