Use only approved single-phase PSC motors. Failure to do so may damage the motor and property.
Use only as an operating control; incorporate additional precautions for failure or malfunction.
Disconnect all power before electrical connections; multiple disconnections may be required.
Do not connect power before wiring; do not exceed electrical ratings; use 60/75 C copper conductors.
Determine values, use setup interface, save settings, and lock out push button.
Cycles up to three additional fixed-speed fan motors or stages.
Determine operating parameters and convert them into P266 Series Control values.
Position DIP switches to set new values and modes based on calculated values.
Press and hold push button until desired LED flashes to save values/modes.
Set all DIP switches to ON after saving to lock out push button operation.
Mount, wire, and set up control and motor; follow guidelines in Mounting and Wiring sections.
Configure DIP switches according to the desired test voltage value or mode.
Steps to determine and set changeover voltage using test voltage mode and ampere meter.
Set switches 8 and 32 ON for 40% voltage test.
Measure auxiliary winding current draw at various voltage percentages.
Press push button for 3 flashes to save the determined changeover voltage value.
Set all DIP switches to ON to lock out push button operation.
Estimate start voltage percentage, set DIP switches, and observe motor operation.
Press push button for 2 flashes to save the determined start voltage value.
Disconnect power, set DIP switches to ON, then reconnect power.
Set using switches 1-64 to achieve desired start voltage value.
