Maintenance and repairs
using a soft plastic bristle brush, a sponge or a cloth. Rinse with clean
water. Air dry. Do not machine wash or dry. Do not expose to
direct sunlight.
To disinfect, hand wash in warm (104°F) water using 1 part
household liquid bleach per 9 parts water. Rinse thoroughly with
clean water. Air dry. Do not machine wash or dry. Do not
autoclave.
Control panel
Use a soft cloth moistened with mild detergent; be careful when
cleaning the joystick and the panel display. Do not use solvents or
abrasive kitchen cleaners. The panel must not be rinsed with water
or any other liquid.
NOTICE
Hosing can cause damage to electronics
Never hose the wheelchair down as this may damage the electronics.
Always switch the wheelchair off for cleaning.
