Why is the chamber of my Phcbi Refrigerator not getting cold enough?

If your Phcbi Refrigerator chamber isn't getting cold enough, consider the following possible causes: * The outer door is opened frequently or the inner door is open. * The unit is in direct sunlight, there is a nearby heat source, or the ambient temperature is too high (the allowable ambient temperature is between 5 °C and 35 °C). * Ventilation around the unit is blocked. * Too many items are stored inside, or the air exhaust vent is blocked by stored items. * The access port is not covered and should be covered with insulation and rubber caps when not in use. * The door gasket is damaged. If this is the case, contact our sales representative or agent for replacement. * A foreign substance is located between the door gaskets.
