Why is the cooling poor in my Phcbi MDF-DU300H?
    • J
      Jeanne MooreAug 3, 2025
Poor cooling in your Phcbi Freezer can arise from several factors. Ensure that you are not storing a large amount of articles in the chamber at one time. High ambient temperatures can also affect cooling performance. Check that the inner door latch and outer door are completely and firmly closed, and that there is no frost or ice preventing a tight door seal. Verify that the air intake vent is not blocked and that the condenser filter is clean; clean the condenser filter when the filter check lamp lights. Confirm that the set temperature is inputted correctly. Ensure the freezer is away from direct sunlight and any heating sources. Finally, check that the rubber cap and insulation for the access port are correctly set.

      Donna GrayAug 9, 2025
If the chamber of your Phcbi Freezer is not cooling, first check if the circuit breaker of the power source is active. Ensure that the power switch is turned ON. If the voltage is too low, it is recommended to call an electrician.

How to reduce noise from Phcbi MDF-DU300H?
    • J
      Jessica CrawfordAug 15, 2025
Noise from your Phcbi Freezer can be due to several reasons. Make sure the freezer is installed on a sturdy floor and leveled with the leveling feet. Check for anything touching the frame of the freezer. Note that the freezer may be noisy immediately after start-up or when the chamber temperature is high due to a large load; this noise should decrease as the chamber cools.

What to do if the back-up test switch does not operate normally on Phcbi MDF-DU300H?
    • D
      Daniel StarkAug 22, 2025
If the back-up test switch on your Phcbi Freezer (with backup cooling kit installed) isn't working, check if the liquefied CO cylinder is empty or if the valve of the cylinder is not opened. If the ambient temperature is too high, move the tank to a cooler location. You may need to inquire at liquid carbon dioxide suppliers about its check, adjustment, installation, or move.

Why alarm test key cannot actuate the alarm on Phcbi MDF-DU300H?
    • E
      Elizabeth CarneyAug 28, 2025
If the alarm test key on your Phcbi Freezer fails to actuate the alarm, first ensure that the battery switch is turned ON. If only the alarm buzzer or only the alarm lamp is actuated, the unactuated part is out of order and must be replaced.
