Ensure the temperature setting is within the acceptable range (not lower than -86 oC), and relocate the unit away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Make sure ventilation around the unit isn't blocked and reduce the number of stored items. Ensure the access port is covered when not in use and remove any foreign substances from the door gaskets. If the door seal is damaged, contact a sales representative or agent for replacement. Also, the ambient temperature could be too high, so place the unit in a cooler environment.
