  Several factors can cause the chamber of your Phcbi freezer to not get cold enough. Warm material placed inside, frequent door openings, setting the chamber temperature lower than -86 °C (the temperature control range is between -86 °C and -50 °C), direct sunlight, blocked ventilation, a nearby heat source, a high ambient temperature, too many stored items, an uncovered access port (it should be covered with insulation and rubber caps when not in use), damaged door seal (contact a sales representative or agent for replacement if damaged), or a foreign substance between the door gaskets could be the cause.
