The user must short-circuit the TX and RX line of the G-Link connector.
Technical - UART 3 setup (1200, 8, n, 1)
- Send “HELLO”.
- Receive data.
- Compare data with “HELLO”.

- timer - relative timing for the DB to power up if wakeup reason 1 or 3 is
chosen
