Problem Cause Solution
There is too much grinding. Before the grinding ends
automatically, press and release the
Grinder button to end it to reduce the
amount of ground coffee.
The portafilter cannot
be installed normally.
The portafilter is not properly
snapped into the brewing
head.

The portafilter is not tightened
by rotating from the leftmost
insertion position.
