ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly of the base frame and weight stack
1. Insert the guide tubes (down)(4-2pcs) to the back base tube (3), secured with hex bolt (60-2pcs)
and washer (64-2pcs).Screw together middle base tube (2) and the back base tube (3), secured
with hex bolt (56-2pcs), washer (64-4pcs) and nylon nut (66-2pcs).
2. Insert the middle base tube (2) into the Front base tube(1),then attach Bilateral Tube(6)
to the Front base tube(1), secured with hex bolt (56-2pcs), washer (64-4pcs), nylon nut
(66-2pcs),washer(63-1pc) and hex bolt(62-1pc).
3. Slide both guide tubes (4-2pcs) into the rubber rings (39-2pcs).
4. Place the weight stacks (25-8pcs) into the guiding tubes (4-2cps). Mark sure the groove downward.
5. Install black fi xing bushing (26) into selector bar (20). Let fi xing pin (27) go through the hole of
black fi xing bushing and fi rst hole of selector bar , then attach to the bottom slot of top plate (28).
The put selector bar (20) into the weight stacks (26). Attach the black washer (29) on the middle
hole of top plate (28).
6. Insert the guide tubes(up) (5-2pcs) into the guide tubes(down) (4-2pcs).
