Assembly of the wire cables and pulleys
Cable 48 assembly: Start at No.6 to put cable fi rst then assembly pulley and follow
ARROW to go around No.7, 8 ,9,10,11 and 5. And fi nally use snap
hook (44) to connect cable 48 and chain (45) together to fi x.
Cable 49 assembly: Start at fi xing cable 49 on right butterfl y arm, and put cable fi rst
then assemble pulley on No.13 then follow ARROW to go around
No.12 up to No.14 to fi x cable 49 on left butterfl y arm.
Cable 50 assembly: Start at No.1 to put cable fi rst
then assembly pulley and follow
ARROW to go around No.2, 3 and 4. And fi nally let
the front
threaded bolt of cable 50 to go through big washer
(29) then
thread into the head of the selector bar (20) to
lock together.
Please make sure all pulleys can turn and cables
are tight.
PS: Please adjust and tighten the threaded bolt of
cable 50 to selector bar (20) if the
cables became not tight enough after work out.
NOTE:
IF YOU FIND THAT THE CABLES ARE NOT LONG
ENOUGH, USE THE CHAIN AS EXTENSION AND
HOOK AS A CONNECTION.
