The measurement time and electric current may vary widely
depending on the nature of the measurements in the graph.
However, preset parameters are suitable for measurements for a
wide range of sample types and properties.
Changing them is not recommended.

3.2. Sample preparation
3.2.1. Samples for measurements
The advantage of the developed technique and this Z-Meter DX4091
lies in the fact that for measuring thermoelectric parameters there is
no need to prepare special test samples. Measurements are carried
out on working thermoelements, from which serial thermoelectric
modules are directly manufactured.
The technique is implemented for thermoelectric elements of a wide
range of dimensions, covering most sizes, from which modern
thermoelectric modules of all known manufacturers in the world are
manufactured.
Standard sizes of thermoelements (pellets) which are available to
measurements by means of DX4091 Z-meter are given in Table 3.
