6. Playing features common to all formats.
PLEXTALK is able to play DAISY titles, Audio Files, Text Files and
Audio book.
PLEXTALK is able to recognise and play audio files in the
following file formats: MP3, Wave, WMA, AMR-WB+ and Ogg
Vorbis.
Text files are files that are either in plain text format, in
Microsoft Word .doc format or in HTML format.
Audio books are files that came from "Audible.com".
Note: If a CD has multiple kinds of content, for example, DAISY files
and Audio files, PLEXTALK will recognize one kind of content only.
6.1. Start and stop playback.
To start or stop playback, do the following:
To start playback, press the Play/Stop key. PLEXTALK will
start playback from the position where it was stopped
previously.
To stop playback, press the Play/Stop key.
Note: To start or stop playback, press and release the Play/Stop key.
If you press and hold the key, the information on the current status
will be announced.
6.2. Fast forward or fast rewind.
The fast rewind and fast forward features use the Rewind key and
Fast Forward key either side of the Play/Stop key.
To fast rewind, press and hold down the Rewind key.
Playback will start when you release the key.
