FRONT THIGHS
Apply each of the pad pairs
horizontally on each quadriceps.
HIPS
Apply the pads on your hips right in
the middle, between the central line
and the lateral section of your body.
BACK THIGHS
Apply each of the pad pairs
horizontally on your thighs.
GASTROCNEMIUS MUSCLES
Apply each of the pad pairs
horizontally on each gastrocnemius
muscles. Do not apply the pads close
to your lower extremities as this may
cause discomforting contractions.
