In all Metropolitan departments, wireless LAN frequencies can be
used under the following conditions, either for public or private
use:
• Indoor use: maximum power (EIRP*) of 100 mW for the
entire 2400-2483.5 MHz frequency band
• Outdoor use: maximum power (EIRP*) of 100 mW for the
2400-2454 MHz band and with maximum power (EIRP*) of 10
mW for the 2454-2483 MHz band.
IMPORTANT: Changes or modifications to this product not au-
thorized could void the EMC and wireless compliance and negate
your authority to operate the product. This product has demon-
strated EMC compliance under conditions that included the use of
compliant peripheral devices and shielded cables between system
components. It is important that you use compliant peripheral de-
vices and shielded cables between system components to reduce
the possibility of causing interference to radios, televisions, and
other electronic devices.
