Why is my Pocketbook Verse Pro not showing up on my computer?

If your Pocketbook eBook Reader isn't displaying disks in Explorer after connecting to a PC, it could be in battery charging mode. Check the USB mode in Settings under the Main Menu. Set the mode to 'Connection to PC' or 'Ask at Connection'. Also, inspect the USB cable for damage and ensure it’s properly connected. Try a different USB port as well.
