• Comprimer la rondelle élastique
(108) en utilisant l’une des deux mé-
thodes expliquées précédemment.
Respecter la force F préconisée
dans le tableau page 23.
• Monter l’anneau d’arrêt (109)
suivant le repère fait au démontage.
• Compress the spring washer
(108) with one of two methods ex-
plained before.
Respect the force F indicated in the
table page 23.
• Install the snap ring in line with
the mark made before disassembly.
• Alimenter à nouveau le frein en
pression pour vérifier la course du
piston de frein.
• Supply the pressure to the
brake piston again to check the pis-
ton stroke.
• Monter un joint torique neuf
(143) enduit de graisse anti-
oxydante dans sa gorge.
• Install a new O-ring (143)
coated with antioxidizing grease in
its groove.
• Placer la coiffe neuve (141) sur
le chanfrein d’entrée.
• Install a new cover (141) on the
entry chamfer.
• L’encliqueter à l’aide du man-
drin correspondant (voir le chapitre
« Récapitulatif outillage »).
S’assurer que le bord ex-
térieur de la coiffe est en
prise dans sa gorge.
• Click it into place using the cor-
responding mandrel (see chapter
“Tooling inventory”).
Make sure that the outer
edge of the brake cover
is engaged in the
groove.
