Returns to the Time
of Day screen.

Red Button:
Starts
measurement
of heart rate.
Locks in your
selection.
Upper Right
Button:
Advances
through screens.
Increases the
selected value.
Lower Right
Button:
Moves backward
through screens.
Reduces the
selected value.
