Choose your typical exercise frequency.
Set your personal heart rate training zone intensity.
Enable or disable calorie expenditure tracking.
Initiate exercise tracking from the Time of Day screen.
End an exercise session and prompt to quit.
Access and view past exercise session files.
Navigate to and select the 'FIT TEST' option.
Press the center button to begin the test.
View test results and return to Time of Day.
