2. Insert a straightened paper clip through the factory restore pinhole on the bottom of the
Poly
Studio R30 device to press the restore button.
3. Hold the restore button with the paperclip and reconnect the power supply to turn the system on.
4. Continue to hold the restore button for 3 seconds.
The device LED pulses amber until the factory restore is complete.
Restart Your Device
If you encounter issues with your device, you can manually restart it.
Note: You can also restart the device from Poly Lens Desktop.
Procedure
» Unplug the power cable from the device and plug it back in.

ou may need to reselect the device as the default audio and video device for your videoconferencing
application.
Using the Remote Control
Poly Studio R30 can use a low-energy Bluetooth remote control that you can pair to the system using
Poly Lens Desktop. With the optional Bluetooth remote control, adjust the camera and manage other
features.
In addition to basic remote control functions, the Bluetooth remote control also provides the following
