What to do if Polyaire Control Systems dampers have no response?
    • A
      Albert CampbellAug 3, 2025
If the Polyaire Control Systems dampers aren't responding, first check if the 'Safety is Activated' error appears, which suggests a high or low limit has been reached. Ensure your air conditioner is working correctly, as the system will resume operation once the supply air temperature is within a safe range. Also, verify that the supply air sensor is correctly plugged into the mainboard and that high/low limits are enabled. If the sensor isn't needed, disable these limits via the touchpad. Check the LEDs on the main module when toggling zone dampers; if the LEDs don't activate, the module may be faulty and need replacement. Lastly, inspect the cable connecting the touchpad to the main control module for any faults, and replace it if necessary.

Why some zones cannot be turned off in Polyaire Control Systems?
    • L
      Lindsay CooperAug 8, 2025
If some zones in your Polyaire Control Systems cannot be turned off, check if ‘Spill is activated’ is displayed on the LCD screen or if the ‘Spill’ status is shown for the Group status on the home screen. Try opening other zones to rectify this. If all zones are on, but the total opening percentage is below the required spill percentage, a SPILL warning appears; increase the opening percentage of some zones to resolve it. Also, verify the spill set-point to ensure it is correctly configured.

How to fix some zones that are not operational in Polyaire ZoneMaser ZoneTouch V2?
    • J
      jason81Aug 15, 2025
If some zones of your Polyaire Control Systems are not operational, start by checking the Grouping settings to ensure the correct zones are assigned to the appropriate groups and are properly turned ON/OFF in the Zoning section. Verify that the total group number and zone number are accurate. Check if the LEDs on the main module light up for the relevant zones when the zone dampers are toggled. If there's no LED response, a faulty cable might be the cause, requiring replacement. If the zone remains non-functional, the damper motor may be faulty.

What to do if LCD Display Corrupted on Polyaire Control Systems?
    • M
      Megan GrahamAug 22, 2025
If the LCD display of your Polyaire Control Systems is corrupted, try resetting it by holding the RESET button at the bottom of the touchpad for 2 seconds. If the issue persists, reset the touchpad by unplugging the cable from the back, waiting a couple of minutes, and then reconnecting it. If the display remains corrupted, power off and then on the mainboard. If none of these steps work, the touchpad may need replacement.
